Membership

Become a member of the Bastrop County Historical Society and join with others who continually learn and enjoy the history of Bastrop, Bastrop County, and Texas.  Depending on the membership category you select, you will receive progressively higher member benefits. Your membership dues maintain the operations of the museum and its extensive collections. Click here to print a membership application.

$450 Member of the Month
This special membership category will provide a business or individual prominent signage in front of the museum an entire month.  With only 12 spots available each year, this membership category is very popular. It is limited to non-political messages and advertisers.  Businesses in this category will be listed below and be provided with a link to their business website. The Member of the Month will receive free admission to the museum and special acknowledgment in a prominent location in the museum lobby for one year.  You will be recognized each quarter in the Society’s newsletter and receive notices telling of our activities and lectures, and receive invitations to special events. The Member of the Month will receive five Individual Memberships (valued at $20 each), good for one year each, which may be given to clients and friends.
